Someone could be excellent in Christian witness and professional identity but miss something else…this could potentially slam the door on their effective work.

1. Christian witness, Cultural awareness, Professional identity.
2. Just like 3 legs of a stool. If you remove one leg on a 3-legged stool, you’ll quickly fall over.
3. You need all 3 legs to stand firm.
4. You need all 3 parts of identity for an effective long-term identity.
